This is my favorite green smoothie for PCOS! I love having it for breakfast and it is so filling and nourishing. It keeps me full for longer and refreshes my whole system! Here is what the smoothie contains:
- Spinach is highly anti-inflammatory and it is bursting with phytonutrients that replenish & nourish your cells.
- Pineapple contains bromelain that fights pain and inflammation. It also adds a refreshing sweet taste to this smoothie!
- Banana adds potassium and makes the smoothie creamy and filling.
- Apples are refreshing, full of fiber and have low calories.
- Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids that help improve free testosterone levels which are known to cause unwanted hair growth. They also increase fertility by improving the quality of eggs produced by the ovaries. Chia seeds are also good for insulin sensitivity.
What you need
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 red apple
- ½ cup filtered water
- 1 tsp chia seeds (where to get it)

Directions
- Wash the spinach and apple thoroughly.
- Chop the apple and banana into bite sizes.
