- Optional add-ins: ½ teaspoon cocoa powder (where to get it), coconut cream (where to get it)
- Milk frother (where to get it)
Directions
- In a glass cup, add ¼ cup of milk of your choice then dump in 1 teaspoon of maca powder, 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup and a dash of ground cinnamon. You can also add any other optional ingredients of your choice.
- Now using a milk frother, combine all ingredients until well-mixed.
- Top off with the remaining milk. You can heat the milk for a hot drink, or add ice cubes for an iced latte!

What if I want to use Macca to increase my breast size but not my booty. I already have an ample booty but my breasts need help after child rearing. I’m about to hit 50. Also does Macca increase the libido cause I’m single and that would be a problem lol. Definitely could do with more stamina and endurance without the increase in libido if that’s possible.
