Here are 3 green smoothies for heavy periods, cramps & period relief that I hope will help you!
I know first-hand how awful heavy periods feel. It’s not just the fact that you have to change your pads every two hours, it’s also the crippling PAIN.
And yes, when you’re in the agony of heavy painful periods, you usually don’t have appetite at all.
But sometimes you can be ravenous and most of the times you feel like taking something for the pain.
I do advise taking pain killers to combat period pain because we absolutely should not let ourselves just suffer through it.
But also, if you want some natural pain fighting foods, then make these green smoothies because they can help!

The pineapple smoothis confuses me. Pineapple actually makes a period heavier.
