This DIY biotin hair growth smoothie contains a healthy amount of the B-vitamin, biotin, also known as Vitamin H or B7. Biotin encourages healthy hair growth and also strengthens fragile easily breakable hair.
It’s actually really easy to make a biotin hair growth smoothie. You don’t need to add biotin powder or anything like that.
The biotin you get from your diet is enough for you to reap the health benefits it offers.
Many fruits, vegetables, nut and whole grains contain good biotin levels that get absorbed into your body effectively.
Keep in mind heat can reduce biotin’s efficacy, so make sure to eat raw minimally processed biotin-rich foods/dishes. That’s why making a DIY biotin hair growth, which is totally raw and made without heat, is the perfect way to take this hair growth vitamin!
