I have been eating a good handful of dandelion greens in my salad. Do you think that is helpful or is there a better way to add dandelion in my diet. I have only been able to find dandelion greens at the store

Is it safe to consume these while pregnant? Obviously citrus fruits and dandelion greens I’m sure are fine but I haven’t heard of the other ones.
