This green smoothie contains spinach, mango, pineapple and beet. It’s sweet, delicious and invigorates your follicles to grow heathy hair! You’ll receive nutrients like iron, Vitamin A, B-vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and other vitamins and minerals for hair growth production!
What you Need
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup ripe mango
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 beet
- High speed blender like Vitamix (where to get it) or Nutribullet (where to get it)
- Glass jar and glass straw (where to get it)
Directions
Wash, peel and chop your veggies. Add them to a high speed blender together with water. Blend till smooth. Pour into your glass jar and slurp up the goodness with a straw!
2. Amazing Avocado Smoothie
In this recipe, we’re enjoying the hair growth boosting benefits of avocado, spinach, almonds, chia seeds, medjool dates and bananas! They are chockfull of nutrients like niacin, which increases blood circulation to the scalp, bringing more oxygen to the hair follicles; omega 3 fatty acids which make hair strong and shiny, biotin, which is essential in the formation of hair structure; and also iron, which supports healthy blood cells and increases oxygen to the hair roots.

- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup almond milk (where to get it)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (where to get it)
- 5 pitted medjool dates (where to get it)
- 1 ripe banana

Directions
Peel, pit and scoop the flesh out of 1/2 a ripe avocado into a blender. Now add a cup of baby spinach, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 peeled ripe banana and 5 pitted medjool dates. Blend till smooth without any lumps. Pour into a smoothie jar or cup and enjoy the creamy goodness!
3. Citrusy Green Smoothie
Try this citrus green smoothie containing apple, orange and kale! It’s simple yet refreshing and full of vitamins and minerals for healthy hair! Remember Kale contains vitamin A, C and K, folate, fiber and protein – all of which are a major success for luscious tresses! Orange is rich in Vitamin C that makes hair smooth and silky. Apple sweetens the smoothie and also contains Vitamin C for shiny hair!

- 2 red apples
- 1 orange
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup water

Directions
Chop up the apples and spinach and place them in the blender. Peel the orange, remove seeds and chop it up. Place it into the blender together with water. Blend till smooth. Chug it down and feel happy that you’re doing tons of good for your beautiful hair!
