Papaya & its seeds
Carpaine, a compound present in papaya seeds, has the capability to destroy intestinal parasites and this ensures the intestine stays healthy.
Lemon

Directions
- Wash all your ingredients thoroughly to dislodge dirt. You can use dish soap and lots of water then place them in a large tub of baking soda, vinegar and water in a 1:2:3 ratio for 5 minutes.
- Remove the peel off the washed pineapple, papaya, lemon and ginger. You can choose to leave the peel of the lemon if you don’t mind the sour taste of it.
- Now chop the ingredients into sizes that can fit into your juicer chute/blender jar. Do not scrape off the papaya seeds! Those are needed for this parasite cleanse to work.
- Add the ingredients into a high quality juicer/blender and collect your vibrant orange juice. If using a blender, you’ll need to strain the puree in a double mesh strainer and/or cheese cloth before consuming.
- Pour into a glass cup or mason jar and enjoy with a glass straw.
