How much black seed oil to take? You can take 1-3 teaspoons of pure black seed oil in 24 hours. However, it’s advisable to take one teaspoon if you’re using it for the first time, to get pregnant. 

• With milk. Milk helps wash down the black seed oil down the esophagus for those with sensitive stomachs. Take one teaspoon of black seed oil followed by a glass of milk.
• With orange juice. Orange juice (or any other fruit juice) is a good way to take your black seed oil. Consume one teaspoon of black seed oil followed by one glass of fresh orange juice. 
• With raw honey. Mixing 1 teaspoon of black seed oil with 1 teaspoon of raw honey then consuming is another good way of taking black seed oil. It’s best to use organic or raw honey for a healthy and easy conception. You want to avoid the artificially processed honey.
