3 Great Juicing Recipes for Cystic Acne
We shall be using powerful anti-acne ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, carrots, pineapple, spinach, parsley, apples, celery, lemon and more in the juicing recipes for cystic acne below.
1. Acne-Busting Juice with a Zing
What you need
- 1 large red apple
- 2 large carrots
- 1-inch ginger root
- Ice cubes
- High quality blender (where to get it) and a double mesh strainer (where to get it) OR high quality juicer (where to get it)
- Mason drinking jar & straw (where to get it)
Directions
- Begin by prepping your ingredients for the juicer: wash everything thoroughly, peel the carrot & ginger root and then chop them into cubes together with the apple.
- Add the chopped ingredients into the juicer.
- Pour the beautiful orange drink into a tall glass or mason jar.
- Pop in some ice cubes and enjoy immediately.
2. Detoxifying Green Juice for Cystic Acne
What you need
- A handful of parsley
- A handful of baby spinach
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 red apples
- 1 lemon
- Ice cubes or ½ cup of water
- High quality blender (where to get it) and a double mesh strainer (where to get it) OR high quality juicer (where to get it)
- Mason drinking jar & straw (where to get it)
Directions
- Wash the fresh produce very well to remove dirt.
- Chop up the red apples and the celery into chunks.
- Add the chunks into the juicer followed by a handful of parsley and a handful of baby spinach. Or, if using a blender, blend the ingredients with a little water (1/2 cup of more) then sieve the blended ingredients using a strainer.
- Pour into a tall drinking glass then squeeze in juice from 1 lemon. If you used a juicer, pop in a few ice cubes to dilute the drink.
- Serve immediately!

What you need
- ½ small ripe pineapple
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1 lemon
- Ice cubes

- Mason drinking jar & straw (where to get it)
Directions
- Wash and chop up ½ of a small ripe pineapple.
- Next, wash and chop up the cucumber. You can peel the skin off, especially if it is not organic.
- Wash the celery, ginger and lemon then peel the skin off.
- Now run the chopped pieces of pineapple, celery and cucumber together with the ginger and lemon through your juicer.
- Pour the collected juice into a mason jar filled with ice cubes and serve immediately.
