Directions
- Peel and chop the ginger. Cut pineapple into chunks.
- Add pineapple, ginger, coconut water, and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. For maximum fiber and nutrients, keep it as is. I didn’t strain mine.
